Tour Plan
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Valley
Your 3 Days Tour from Marrakech to Sahara begins with an early morning pickup (approx. 8:00 AM) from your accommodation. We’ll cross the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, stopping for panoramic views and a visit to an argan oil cooperative. By midday, we arrive at the iconic Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, where you’ll take a guided walk through the ancient earthen village. After lunch, the route continues through the Skoura Oasis and the Valley of Roses before reaching the Dades Gorge.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorge – Merzouga (Erg Chebbi)
After breakfast, we head toward Tinghir to explore the spectacular Todra Gorge, where limestone walls rise 300 meters high. We continue through the desert towns of Erfoud and Rissani, the ancient capital of Morocco. By late afternoon, we reach Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara. Here, you will switch to a camel trek to ride into the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes just in time for sunset.
Accommodation: Traditional or Luxury Berber Desert Camp.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi – Draa Valley – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Wake up early to catch the spectacular sunrise over the dunes before riding your camel back to the village. After breakfast and a shower, we begin the long but scenic drive back to Marrakech. We’ll pass through the Draa Valley, Morocco’s longest palm oasis, and stop in Ouarzazate to visit the Taourirt Kasbah or the Film Studios. We cross the High Atlas once more, arriving back in Marrakech by early evening.
